La villa si snoda tra terrazze-solarium con i tipici "bisuoli" e le incantevoli terrazze naturali con i suoi scogli che consentono ad ogni ospite di ritagliarsi angoli di totale privacy.
E’ costituita da tre unità indipendenti su più livelli.
L’unità principale dispone di una cucina- salotto, un bagno ed una camera da letto.
La cucina è dotata di tutti i confort ( stoviglie, 4 fuochi, forno, frigo-freezer).
In salotto è presente: l’antico forno a legna, il divano ( letto matrimoniale), il tavolo e la tv Lcd.
La camera matrimoniale dotata di climatizzatore gode di una spettacolare vista dalla finestra su Salina, Alicudi e Filicudi. L’ampio bagno ben curato dispone di vasca-doccia.
Seconda unità: camera da letto matrimoniale dotata di climatizzatore con bagno privato con doccia. All’esterno ampia terrazza con vista mare.

Villa Petrara offre su richiesta una serie di servizi esclusivi, come transfer, noleggio di auto e barche, corsi di diving ed escursioni in barca.

The villa stands in a unique natural charming setting, nestled in an oasis of sheer Mediterranean flora, reaching the sea and offering daily new sunsets on Filicudi and Alicudi.
The villa is built in typical Aeolian style reflecting the architecture, the colors and the distinctive features of the island. A careful renovation has brought back to life the original charm of the "old" threshing floor from where you can enjoy a stunning view of the islands of Salina, Panarea and Stromboli.
The villa winds through sun terraces with typical "bisuoli" and beautiful natural rocky terraces that allow each guest to carve his own corner of total privacy.
The house consists of three independent units on multiple levels.
The main unit has a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts (dishes, 4 burner stove, oven, fridge-freezer).
In the living room is the old wood fired oven, the sofa (double bed), table and LCD TV.
The master bedroom has air conditioning and offers a spectacular view from the window of Salina, Alicudi and Filicudi. The large, well-kept bathroom has a bath and shower.
Second unit: double bedroom with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower. Outside a large terrace with sea views.
